About This Document
Theralyn is a pre-launch product. This privacy policy describes how we handle the personal information collected through our waitlist signup at theralyn.com. This policy will be updated before we process any therapy session data or child-related information.
1. What We Collect
Currently, we collect only one type of personal information: email addresses submitted through our waitlist signup form. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, therapy session data, child records, or any sensitive health information at this stage.
2. How We Use Your Email Address
Your email address is used solely to: send you updates about Theralyn's development and launch timeline; notify you when early access becomes available; and occasionally ask for feedback about the product (always optional). We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Waitlist email addresses are stored in our backend database. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
4. Cookies
We use minimal, essential cookies necessary for the website to function. We do not currently use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies beyond what is necessary to understand basic site traffic.
5. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No internet transmission is completely secure. If you have a security concern, please contact us directly at hello@theralyn.co.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your email address from our waitlist at any time by emailing us. We will remove your data within 7 business days.
7. Children's Data
Theralyn is software intended for use by licensed therapy professionals. Our waitlist and marketing site are not directed at children. Once we launch, we will publish a comprehensive data processing agreement and compliance roadmap before any customer data involving children is processed.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy as Theralyn evolves. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email.
